§ 12 Company announcements

Wherever the law or the articles of association provide that matters concerning the company are to be announced, such announcement is effected by publication in the Federal Gazette (ʻcompany’s designated publicationʼ). The articles of association may designate further public gazettes or electronic information media as the company’s designated publications.
